What are the health benefits of drinking water for your skin... and your body? You have heard it before... drink lots of water. But does it improve the appearance of your skin? In my experience, a resounding yes!



Many people spend thier days in a state of mild dehydration. Consuming far fewer fluids than they should.


Water comprises approximately 60% of your body. It is basic for survival. If you are ever stranded on a deserted isle, find drinking water first!


Health Benefit of Drinking Water

Skin is intricately tied to the overall health of your body. When your body is properly hydrated, you will look better and feel better.

Adequate water rewards you with...

How do you know if you are consuming enough water?

There are numerous health benefits of drinking water. For your skin and your general well-being, water is critical. My complexion and my energy are happy when I pay attention to my fluid intake.

It is not a cure all, however. Water will not eliminate dry skin if the cause is inadequate oil.
